Base Rental Package (i.e., What Is Included)

  • Ballroom and full-sized stage

  • Outdoor deck with unobstructed views of downtown San Francisco and the Bay.

  • The Lobby, Fraser Room, and warming Kitchen of the facility (if needed).

  • Audio-visual equipment includes:

    • Free Wi-Fi

    • Pull-down movie screen (you must supply projector)

    • Microphone

    • Sound system with four QSC speakers and adapters for personal playlist devices

    • Wall-mounted monitor in the lobby that can be used to display presentations

    • AV cart.

  • Table and chairs

    • 5’ round tables each seating 8 people, rectangular tables, and high-top cocktail tables can be configured as desired

    • Up top 120 chairs

  • One hour of set-up time prior to event and one hour of clean-up time after event

  • Ample street parking steps away from the facility.

  • Nabe staff member(s) on-site throughout event.

Additional Fee-Based Services

  • Storage of decor before day of event or storage for more than 24 hours after event ends ($500/day)

  • Room “turn” mid-event from banquet style standing to table seating ($250)

Other Details

  • The Ballroom has a minimum three hour booking for weekend events (i.e., Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays) and holidays. Mid-week rentals are less expensive with no minimums. Please reach out to see if we can accommodate your desired day and time.

  • Clients are responsible for all decor (tablecloths, flowers, etc.). Balloons, open flame/candles, and glitter, however, are not permitted.

  • Live music, including bands and DJs, are permitted.

  • A Certificate of Insurance (Special Event Insurance) naming the Potrero Hill Neighborhood House as an additional named insured is required to rent the Ballroom.
