The Theater is the perfect venue for any number of occasions: weddings, corporate gatherings, birthday parties, or any other large event! With the signature Julia Morgan trusses holding up the 22’ tall peak of the ceiling, the room is flexible and can be configured in a variety of ways. 

The room measures 40’ wide x 45’ long, plus the stage (36’ x 10’), and can hold up to 200 people for cocktails and 120 for a seated dinner. 

Generally, for a large event, the Lobby, Fraser Hall, and our Warming Kitchen are included when renting this room.

The Theater has a minimum of a 3 hour booking for weekend events. For community events, and during the week, special arrangements can be made for lesser timeframes.

  • Less than 100 people @ $350/hour

  • More than 100 people @ $450/hour

  • Staff Monitor (required on weekends): Less than 50 people @ $250/flat

  • Staff Monitor (required on weekends): More than 50 people @ $500/flat

  • Room Turnover by staff during event @ $250/flat (optional)

  • We require a Certificate of Insurance (Special Event Insurance) naming us as additionally insured. 

  • Clients are responsible for decor (tablecloths, flowers, etc...), but no balloons, open flame/candles or glitter, please.
