Golden State Pie Contest

The inaugural Golden State Pie Contest brings home and professional bakers together to compete for the city's best pie on Saturday, October 10, 1–4 PM, at the Potrero Hill Neighborhood House (953 De Haro St). In the tradition of county fair baking competitions, entries will be blind-judged on crust, flavor, filling, and appearance, with the winner taking a Golden Ribbon! The event is open to the public to taste by ticket, and bakers of all levels can enter for free at www.goldenstatepiecontest.com.
