This welcoming mat-based Pilates class is designed especially for people with back pain, mobility challenges, or anyone looking to move more comfortably in daily life. Instructor Honorine Parrish focuses on functional strength and flexibility through low-impact, adaptable movements, all in a supportive and lighthearted atmosphere.


All fitness levels are welcome.
