Join instructor Carolyn Hutchinson for a weekly one-hour class focused on strength, balance, and overall wellness designed especially for older (55+) adults. This welcoming class is a great way to stay active, meet neighbors, and enjoy social time in a supportive environment.


This class is part of the Potrero Hill Community Connectors program, offered by the Community Living Campaign.
