Theater Room Rental Information

What’s Included

  • In addition to the main ballroom, the Theater contains a full-sized stage and outdoor deck with unobstructed views of downtown San Francisco and the Bay.

  • The Lobby, Fraser Hall, and Warming Kitchen are included when renting the Theater for large events.

  • Audio-visual equipment includes free Wi-Fi, pull-down movie screen (you have to supply the projector), a microphone, and sound system with four QSC speakers and adapters for personal devices containing playlists. A wall-mounted monitor in the lobby can be used for showing presentations. An AV cart is also available for your use.

  • Banquet style table and chairs -- We can set up 5’ round tables that seat 8 people and several rectangular tables, for a maximum seated dining capacity of 120 people. We also have high tops that can be placed on the balcony and entry areas.

Rental Rates

Our rates are very affordable. Please complete the Rental Application so we can provide pricing for your event.

Additional Details

  • Weekend Rentals: The Theater has a minimum three hour booking for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

  • Mid-Week Rentals: The Nabe has on-going classes and events during weekdays and evenings, so please reach out to see if we can accommodate your event.

  • Clients are responsible for all decor (tablecloths, flowers, etc...). Balloons, open flame/candles, and glitter are not permitted.

  • Live music or DJs are permitted. As a courtesy to our neighbors, after 8pm music can be no more than “8” on the dial (80 decibels) and the theater doors leading to the outdoor patio must be closed.

  • A Certificate of Insurance (Special Event Insurance) naming the Potrero Hill Neighborhood House as an additional named insured is required.
