Serving 30+ Young Adults Per Year Since 2015
Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Program
The Transitional Age Youth (TAY) program runs weekdays from 10am-6pm and supports successful transition into adulthood. Intensive outreach consists of walking into underserved housing projects and making face-to-face contact with participants. The program includes one-on-one coaching; linking participants to education, employment, housing, food, medical care, and parenting resources; and supporting things like creating email addresses, practicing interview questions, finding business attire, obtaining a California ID/ Driver’s License, registering for classes, visiting jobs fairs, and providing transportation.
